If charges were stayed for a sexual assault charge, do I need a waiver, Everyone I ask, ie- pardons canada, etc reply with a yes the first time I called, then a no the 2nd time I called them, so confusing.
ReplyDeleteIf part of the waiver application is to prove you are now a reformed character how can you prove this when I did not commit the crime in the first place.

ReplyDeleteNow that the Canadian and US borders share traveler entry information with each other, it is much easier for the Americans to identify Canadians who overstay in their country. I have a feeling more and more people from Canada will get denied entry at the US border as a result.
ReplyDeletemy us waiver was approved for 3 years on my first try, a year later i get a call from the us consulate in toronto to come in for an interview? Has any one ever gone through this?
